7 Session Coaching and Mentoring Program
(Duration of the program is 7-12 weeks. After the 3rd weekly session you can choose weekly or biweekly format)
The Program includes:
One on One Work in 7 Sessions
- Foundational session in person (recommended) or Zoom 90 min
- 6 In person sessions or Zoom sessions 50 min each
In these sessions we will
- Address the problem/obstacle/challenge you experience with your body:
- Looking at the roots of the issue using somatic clues and
- Finding the blind spot that needs to be addressed to resolve the issue.
- identify blind spots that might have been sabotaging your wellbeing for years
- assist you to design tangible, realistic goals based on your current needs and circumstances
- provide you with effective tools, techniques, and resources based on my 20+ years of experience
- help you to navigate any rough patches and challenges that might crop up on a way
- celebrate with you the many big and small breakthroughs and successes
In Between Session Work
For the Client:
- It will be key to commit to frequent Somatic Practice and Body Mapping in a form and time frame that you decide is currently beneficial to you. It is ideal to do this daily, however, we can start with as low as 1-2 a week and build up from there.
- Complete weekly Nourishing and/or Challenging Self-Care Assignments that will deepen the connection and understanding of your body
- Utilize before and after Session Worksheets for accountability and progress documentation.
- I provide support and guidance through 1-2 email communications between two sessions
- I regularly reviewing my notes and your updates for insights on how to proceed next
- I hold space for your healing and transformation through a meditation practice
