This comprehensive and custom designed program is dedicated to all women who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and their weight, and finally achieve lasting body and weight transformation based on Self-Care, Self-Respect, and Self-Love.
The process offered has 3 main steps:
- Recognizing and healing the underlying reasons for weight gain on physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual level.
- Setting up and practicing non negotiable self-care habits.
- Prioritizing meeting your authentic wants and needs (no more food substitutes), as well as clarity and power to meet them (that is what exercise and mindfulness practices are for).
Personalized Coaching Program covers wide range of weight-related issues that are based on your current needs and priorities.

Develop personalized way of eating
Route 1: start where you are and introduce gradual weekly changes in the type of and quantities of foods you eat, learning to recognize what serves you and what does not.
Route 2: start with a diet program of your choice (paleo, keto, antiinflamatory, Mediterranean, or other) and learn to customize it for lasting and sustainable way of eating.
- increase awareness of your food choices and eating habits and how they correlate with your emotions and unconscious wants and needs
- become attuned to your body’s needs, recognizing signals of when, what, and how much to eat for your physical well-being
- discriminate between hunger, appetite, and nutritional vs emotional food craving
- learn how to relate to foods as a medicine for the body, heart, and mind

- discover movement as an essential part of self-care that supports you on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level
- get attuned to your body’s needs, recognizing when, what style, and how long to exercise

- make exercise support your well-being and your life instead of you meeting the demands of a rigid exercise schedule
- resolve resistance to exercise by acknowledging and dealing with the legitimate reasons and dropping the excuses

This Personal Coaching Program is 15 weeks long (about 4 months)
This allows time for a new self-care habits to really take root and provide the benefits you are looking for.
With This 15-Week Program You Will Get:
- An inspired Welcome Packet to set intention, visualize your goals and create clarity for our work together
- One 90-minute introduction session to kick-start the program. This is where you bring to the table all your wants and desires as well as your challenges and problems. And if you are not clear on them I help you to identify them. You determine your goals and priorities for the next 4 months. Then we will finalize your goals and create a plan of action that you can begin immediately!
- Eleven 50-minute long sessions throughout the next four months via phone or Skype, or in person if you are in Denver area. The consistent weekly approach helps you to stay on track with your goals while fully supported in your personal healing, growth, and weight transformation.
- After each session you will receive an e-mail with the session highlights and goals for the next week
- The program has built in 3 off-weeks so you can practice and integrate previous sessions. This is important to develop long term self-efficacy. We will be in touch through e-mail to discuss any challenge, or an inquiry as needed.
- Additional training tools (worksheets, videos, articles) are provided throughout the program.
