We all mean well, we want to take care of ourselves … but somehow our health and wellness ends up on the back burner.
And sooner or later, there is a price to pay – constant fatigue, chronic aches and pains, extra pounds, emotional roller coaster, mental clutter and anxiety … . And if we do not pick up on these messages, illness is usually sure to follow.
So what to do?
I am here as a woman’s health and wellness coach to guide you from surviving to thriving.
And please make no mistake, we all need help with this transition from one paradigm to another.
For generations, human beings focused on survival. It was the top priority, and as long as you were living you were winning. But we humans mastered that some time ago, and just surviving is not satisfactory anymore.
What do we want?
We want to live long, healthy, prosperous, meaningful life. Which is why we need lifestyle supporting that desire. And there are very few women lucky enough to learn that lifestyle from their birth families.
Acknowledging that is a first step.
