Drop in Coaching Session
Did you fall of the wagon with your self-care or are you lost in a viscous cycles of bad habits?
Maybe you do not even know what the issue is, yet experiencing lack of energy, minimum satisfaction, anxiety, or simply the persistent feeling like something is being off.
Then the drop in coaching session can deliver insight and practical approach to these and other areas:
- how to claim back time for yourself as a busy Mom
- how to find balance between demanding career and personal life
- how to navigate life and self-care after heartbreak/ loss
- how to optimize health while dealing with a chronic disease
- how to get grounded, centered, and clearheaded when going through a life transition
In a session we will zoom in on 1 or 2 main issues you struggle with.
How to get it:

- Fill out intake form and tell me a little bit about the topic you would like to discuss (it is ok if it changes later, we just need some starting point)
- Specify if you would like your session over Skype, phone, or in person (my practice is based in Denver, Colorado).
How the session usually goes and what gets accomplished:
First part of the session
- Greetings and getting present (we take 3- 5 min to get centered and comfortable with each other to work effectively and efficiently throughout the session)
- Discussing the problem/obstacle/challenge and the circumstances around it
- Diving deeper and looking at the roots of the issue
- Finding the blind spot that needs to be addressed to resolve the issue
Second part of the session
- Identifying any self-care tools and techniques you need to succeed
- Designing tangible, measurable goals to get the results you want
- Setting up support and accountability to stay on track
Third part of the session
- Answering any additional questions
- Summarizing the main takeaways
- Closing the session with positive affirmation and gratitude.
The session includes one follow up e-mail supporting you in your progress.

- Review of your intake form and preparing for your session
- 50 min consultation via Skype, phone or in person
- follow up support e-mail troubleshooting 1-2 issues that come up while applying strategies from the session
