Design your Signature Self-Care
Comprehensive Coaching and Mentoring Program
The Intention of this Program is to discover and fulfill on your Core Self-Care Desire that will lead to restoring and optimizing of your overall health and wellness.
To accomplish that, you will be assisted to Design and Practice Daily Self-Care Rituals that are:
- Meaningful, enjoyable, and relevant to your life
- Accessible and time efficient
- Producing tangible and measurable benefits
You will also learn how to:
- Simply start where you are and use what you have to meet your Self-care wants and needs
- Experience ease and vitality on physical, emotional, and mental level by harmonizing your daily activities with your body’s natural rhythms and cycles
- Discover how your overall personal health is supported by Nature and learn to include Nature a reliable self-care resource.
The program will also address any obstacles to your Self-Care:
- Self-care Resistance and Procrastination
- Lacking time, energy, or optimal resources for the Self-Care you need and desire
- Self-sabotaging of your self-care intentions and plans
Design Your Signature Self-Care Program Plan
The following coaching plan outline has been designed to keep client’s progress grounded in a practical and results oriented way. However, I fully acknowledge that every client’s personal circumstances and journey are unique and different. The program fully honors that by including changes or adjustments that reflect client’s specific goals and needs for their Signature Self-Care Design.
Your Foundational Session Plan focus:
- Identifying your Core Desire for Self-Care and other important wants and needs
- Getting clarity on where you are right now and where you envision yourself to be by the end of the program
- Objectively assessing your current strengths, challenges, resources, and viable support
- Identifying 1-2 Key Self-Care Habits and establishing daily practice to make them consistent and natural part of your life
- Overview of the rest of the program
Your Regular Sessions Plan focus:
- Designing and Practicing your Morning Self-Care
- Designing and Practicing your Midday Self-Care
- Integrating and Refining your daily Self-Care so far
- Designing and Practicing your Evening Self-Care
- Integrating and Refining your Daily Signature Self-Care
- Longer and Deeper Self-care for Seasons and Life Cycles
This program is built on the following frameworks:
- Integrative (includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and wellness)
- Client-Centered (client maintains autonomy of choice and actively collaborates in the process)
- Body-Centered (client practices accessing her body for safety, self-efficacy, and decision making)
- Trauma Informed (recognizes and responds to the signs, symptoms, and challenges of trauma)
- Transformative (goes beyond learning or just habitually performing self-care tasks by initiating fundamental shift in self-understanding and daily functioning)
- Designed for Women (addressing gender specific challenges highlighted by current research and cultural climate, providing specific tools and strategies to resolve them).
7 Session Coaching and Mentoring Program
(Duration of the program is 7-15 weeks. You can choose to have weekly or biweekly sessions.)
The Program includes:
One on One Work in 7 Sessions:
- Foundational session in person (recommended) or Skype 90 min)
- 6 In person sessions or Skype sessions 50 min each
In Between Session Work:
- It will be key to commit to daily Self-Care Practice in a form and time frame that you decide is currently beneficial to you
- Use the Design your Self-Care Workbook to learn about specific techniques and practices, utilize self-reflection journaling prompts, and draft your Self-Care Design into worksheets (these will then be discussed in a personal session)
- Utilize support and accountability e-mail communications to keep you on track in between sessions
Financial Investment:
In Full: $1125 due before the Foundational Session
Payment Plan:
- $550 due before the Foundational Session
- $325 due before Session #3
- $300 due before Session #5
